At Vayumandal Innovations, we aim to deliver high-quality educational experiences and products. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund, return, or cancellation is necessary. This policy outlines how such requests are handled for both individuals and institutional partners.

Workshops and Classes

For both offline and online educational programs, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the session. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to shift to a future batch. After this window, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds, as resources and scheduling are pre-committed.

If a session is missed by a student without prior intimation, we do not guarantee a rescheduling. However, for genuine cases, we may provide recording access or a substitute class based on availability. In the event that Vayumandal Innovations cancels a session, participants will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

Product Returns – Kits

We offer STEM kits and robotics materials that can be shipped to schools and individuals. If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must report the issue within 5 days. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated, excluding shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Customized or co-branded kits developed in collaboration with institutions are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Digital Content and Downloads

Once accessed, digital files including lesson materials, downloadable resources, and proprietary curriculum content are non-refundable. We advise reviewing course details carefully before purchase.

Competitions and Events

Participation fees for competitions or tech events are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by us. If a participant cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we may provide a credit voucher for future participation upon request.

Changes and Exceptions

We reserve the right to amend our refund and return policies to ensure alignment with evolving services. Promotional or discounted purchases may have separate terms that will be stated at the time of transaction. Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government orders that disrupt services may lead to delays or policy adjustments.
